take a corn cupps and dry them in an ouen and
or in þe son, and take þe powder in /white\ wine /or sacke\ it is good

which is keept at hous and eat eateth no grase but
prouender, take a handfull of it as fresh as you can
get it if it be hott, from þe hors soe much þe beter
10and strayne it with white wine and drinke it
euery morning,
to make barley water,
take french barley and boyle it in 2. or 3.
waters tell þe water doth not Looke red,
15then boyle it with reasons of þe son stoned,
and when it is enough, strayne it out and
sweeten it with suger, and put in a Litell
roswater, into it and þe Iuce of a Lemon,
if you would haue it uery cooling,
